About us

We are Jenny Carpenter and David Buckland, course directors and tutors of Le Petit Canard.

N.B. Please don’t be too disappointed if you thought you were going to be taught by a duck!

We both have a distinguished background of successful language teaching in the UK, in both secondary schools and adult education. Recently, we have been at the forefront of a major national programme aimed at improving the effectiveness of language teaching in English schools.

OUR CURRENT WORK IN THE UK INCLUDES:

• Giving demonstration lessons, observed by teachers, to students of all ages and abilities
